Our holiday resort “The Olive Garden” is ideal for a relaxing holiday with children. The 54-hectare complex with its gardens and olive trees is ideal for children to play. The large swimming pool at the Riad complex with a ping pong and animation in the summer is a great pastime for children, and a great way for them to get to know other children and socialize. There is music and animation twice a week in summer. In addition, the children can enjoy a great variety of sports, like football, basketball, or tennis on the red clay court. As a pastime for children and adults there is also billiard and table football. Our resort is equipped with all services for a great family holiday.

What else can you do with your children?

Firstly, of course, camel riding is a must. The children will find it great. One can camel ride in Marrakech centre and in the Palmerie. It’s also great to do a trip to Essouira on the Atlantic coast, because there one can ride a camel directly on the beach. There are also many beautiful swimming pools around the area of Marrakech. For children, of course, the water park Oasiria with its many water slides and other attractions will be their favourite. In addition, a trip to Oliverai de Marigha is recommended; since it has something to offer for both children and adults: it has a beautiful landscape, which is surrounded by mountains, and has a beautiful swimming pool area for children. It’s a rural tourism hotel with small bungalows, which you can rent if desired.

Chez Ali – a must for kids

For the evening, dining at “Chez Ali” is a must for children. The restaurant is located in the outskirts of Marrakech, in a large complex of traditional Moroccan tents. There will be a great show with horses. All waiters are dressed traditionally and dance for you in the restaurant. The food comes in huge plates of brass, like in a fairy tale of “1001 Nights”.

Terres d’Amanar – a great adventure for children

Another entertainment destination for children is the adventure park Terres d’Amanar. It’s located about 55 km away from Marrakech with all kinds of leisure activities for adults and children. Adults can also have fun going along ropes and wobbly bridges at dizzy heights. The park offers, among others, the following activities: climbing on rock walls or in Akropark, Zip-lines, hiking, horse riding, archery, … In addition, you can visit the crafting studio.
